We loved the Lake View Mansion! Beautifully decorated with plenty of space for everyone. Both living areas were spacious and comfortable, kitchen has most items we needed for our stay. Bedrooms again spacious and comfortable with plenty wardrobe and drawer space. Amazing large pool with seating or sunbeds to relax after days out. Enough room at front for two cars, games room is very basic. The neighbourhood was quiet, nice walkway around the lake where you get glimpses of the local wildlife. Close to parks and very near local restaurants and Walmart. We loved our stay, our host Zinnia was available if needed, and always friendly and helpful. We would rate our host a 5 and villa a 4.5.

Absolutely loved our stay! The villa was spotless, beautifully modern, and felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed, the WiFi was perfect, and the pool was such a highlight — we spent so much time there (just a little more lighting outside would make evening swims perfect!). The location was super convenient, close to great restaurants and Walmart for anything we needed. The hosts were incredible — so responsive, helpful, and thoughtful, and the complimentary wine and snacks were such a special touch. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

Lovely stay. In addition to the description on the website, a few other elements we enjoyed were a cool little corner store about half a block away. The neighborhood is very walkable, with a big lake to walk around just down the road. Lastly, While the backyard is not fully enclosed, there is fence on all three sides so we were able to play with our dog back there without fear of him drifting into the neighbor’s yard. While the house is on a larger neighborhood road, I was never bothered by traffic noise.

Zinnias place was a 10 out of 10! Super tidy and clean on the inside and looked exactly like the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen so, you can make home-cooked meals if you wish. Master bathroom has an enormous shower and the beds are super comfy. It was a 10 minute drive to UCF College, which is awesome if you’re down to visit your student! He stayed with us for a few nights and loved the place as well! Zinnia communicated beautifully and was quick to respond if I needed her for anything. She was very clear with her instructions on how to get in and let us know that if we needed anything at all just to shoot her a message. This was a super easy transaction and helped to make our weekend here so relaxing! Thank you Zinnia!

Maison très spacieuse : Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes (5 mamans et 7 jeunes adultes). Emplacement et descriptions conformes nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Zinnia et Otto Maison au delà de mes attentes elle est magnifique fonctionnelle cosy et chaleureuse du mobilier haut de gamme et une décoration sur mesure. Mention spéciale pour l’espace de vie à l’étage qui comprend un bureau idéal pour le télétravail. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et bienveillants : toujours aux petits soins pour notre confort. Mon seul regret est de n’y pas avoir séjourné plus de temps :-( donc j’y reviendrai ;-) Je recommande fortement cet endroit À bientôt et merci pour tout.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were incredibly kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed, and very accommodating. The amenities provided were fantastic, making the experience even more enjoyable. The included parking space was a real bonus and made everything so convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The home was exactly as described. Communication was almost immediate. The location is ok…much farther from attractions than advertised and according to maps. The neighborhood is very dark and tow trucks tow vehicles all night for illegal parking so you hear that with people screaming at the tow trucks all night. Amenities in the neighborhood such as basketball courts are not lit. Security gates were broken during our stay so it didn’t feel as secured as you would think in a gated community. Our stay was average. The host and home were just as described.

We had an amazing stay,the house was beautiful,very clean and plenty of space for our group of eight,the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable,each with a bathroom next to it.The pool was lovely with a lovely view over a lake,a perfect way to relax after a long hot day exploring the parks,and other attractions. Zinnia responded to a query immediately which was great! The location was excellent, plenty of local eateries,a huge Walmart,and only about 20 minutes to Disney and about 35 to universal.we really didn't have any negatives,and would definitely recommend! No one wanted to leave!!

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation. The age of family members ranged from 5 to 65 years of age, and the house was able to accommodate us all. It was great to have the larger pool area and grassy yard beyond for the kids to play. The house is situated close enough to the parks and all amenities (Publix, Target, outlet mall, etc.). The neighborhood was walkable with sidewalks throughout, and there was also a community gym. Curbside garbage pickup every day in the community was great. Hosts were very quick to respond to any queries, which was greatly appreciated.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was very pleasant, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was also excellent — safe, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Lovely home exactly as described. So comfy and so much room! Washer & dryer, dishwasher bonuses. Hosts were so communicative and friendly. Wifi worked great. Free and close to condo parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to all Orlando offers.

When booking through Airbnb one of the perks that is advertised is the ability to get to know the area from the locals who live there. Nothing like that took place. When we asked for a more precise location for our lodging, we were told that was not possible as the current tenants were not to be bothered. Our airline particulars showed we would arrive late on the booking date. How could we bother tenants from the air? We noticed as we arrived on a Saturday night that one of the toilets would not flush and promptly notified the owners. We were out when the toilet was repaired on Monday. Inquiries about what happened were met simply with “Is it working now?” We had less human contact with the proprietors than we would have had checking into a hotel. We found this disappointing. The queen bed in the second bedroom squeaks. Be aware that if you are a light sleeper like I am, turning over in bed will wake you up. Otherwise the place is quite nice. Somehow, we expected a bit more.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Kissimmee while celebrating New Year's Eve 2026 with our family. The location was perfect—so close to Epcot, which made our plans incredibly convenient. The house truly had everything our family needed. The décor was beautiful, the home was spotless, and it was very comtortable-even for our pets, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the morning walks around the lake were a highlight, especially enjoying the rare cold Florida weather. The host was very friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We would absolutely give this home a 5-star rating and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and it was perfect. Great space for families and close by for Disney and Universal. The cinema room was great and the pool was lovely we came in September and didn’t need to heat the pool at all! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.
